Dear Maje
Bathingsuit: Hapeejonee on Instagram
Sunglass: Sunnies studios

It was raining cats and dogs on our last day, I woke up around 6am ( yes ang lakas maka-tita's of manila ) with a cold room and a bit of thunderstorm, although I know there will be a scattered rain for that day my mind was at peace thinking it will stop later since it was too early I went back to snuggle my froggy.

But around 10:30 am it was still raining, this time I was skeptical on everything, I keep on checking my weather update if the sun will shine today. I was also praying that time to let us enjoy our last day.

11:00 am, we decided to go forth and let's continue the adventure whether it rains or not. But as we leave our hotel room the raining subside from wet to dry drizzle which was totally ok for us who do not have an umbrella. Good thing our hotel is near at MRT station, we run as fast as we can and headed to SENTOSA which was sunny thank goodness.

You can try a lot of things in SG, but for us who have limited time and adventure seekers we decided to try this Adventure Cove Waterpark. Our main reason why we choose this waterpark is because of their gigantic slides which we don't have (as of speaking) here in the Philippines.

We booked our ticket thru klook which is very convenient cause we don't need to fall in line. All we need to do was to print out our ticket to an A4 size bond paper and scan the barcode directly at your preferred tourist spot/park. I believe you dont have to print it in A4 size, you can actually use your phone and download the ticket, they will sent to you over email but just to be sure (the tita in me was working effectively here hahahaha) I printed it out.

We instantly fell inlove with this park, due to all extreme activities are really hitting our expectations, plus you can do snorkeling, swim along with fishes, manta ray and a lot more. If you are exhausted you can relax in their cabanas.

Here are my favorite extreme rides:

ALL!

I love all rides that adventure cove waterpark has to offer. I wish they open here in the Philippines. Kung baga saten walang tapon! lahat panalo.

If you are looking for a photo of extreme rides as much as I want to take my camera with me, cameras are not allowed when you are trying their slides due to safety reasons, you can bring the camera but you will leave it once you hopped in the floating device and the person-in-charge are not liable if you loss your camera. I decided to put my camera down, locked it in my locker and enjoy this once in a lifetime experience.

After that we went back to our hotel and pack our bags, we still have time for our last minute shopping for pasalubongs and such. By the time you are reading this we already went back home. Thank you so much for stopping by until next travel blog.

Knife. Blade. Rope
"It's not painful, do it" my mind said.

Knife. Blade. Rope
"Everything is gonna be alright, do it" my heart said.

Knife. Blade. Rope
I'm sad, no scratch that I'm beyond sad. Depress I guess?

Knife. Blade. Rope
I feel shallow,  I feel empty.

Knife. Blade. Rope
I was laughing but underneath that is me, screaming for help.

Knife. Blade. Rope
I talked to people but none of them cared. Everybody has own burden to carry and mine was needed to carried alone.

Knife. Blade. Rope

And it all ended here-

What I wore:

Crop Top Polo Shirt: Manila Trend Setter's Bazzar

Ripped Jeans: Forever21

Fur Slides: H & M

Bag: Couch

Watch: IWatch

Sunglasses: Sunnies studio

Ring: Pandora

One way to open this new category in my blog is by showing how much I love PINKs'.

But to set the record straight, I do not wear Pink all the time. My closet consist of pretty much monochromatic colors and the only pop up colors I have in my closet is my Pink clothes, so if you are expecting for a red-blue hue colors no I don't wear that or maybe I should try one.

On my day 1 in SG I opted with this crop top polo that you need to tie a knot in the middle, this tie a knot in the middle makes a huge comeback in fashion scene nowadays, plus it makes my breast looks bigger (charot).

I paired it with this ripped jeans that has net stockings on the ripped area. I think I will abuse using this pants hahahaha.

The only downside on this outfit was my PINK FUR SLIDES. Ang sakit nya mga besh, I think I fractured my bones using this slides but in the name of #OOTD I manage to wear it (tiis-ganda nga lang).

All in all I'm beyond happy wearing this because there is something with color Pink that makes me feel confident and *ehem* pretty. (charot not charot) lol

i. Learn to say NO. I had to realized it late that not every opportunity needs to be taken specially if you are not comfortable doing it nor you are not happy. No I can't do this. No, I don't like. No, I don't need to explain why I'm saying No to you.

ii. People will throw shade on you. You cannot please everybody indeed but never let these people define or affect who you really are.

iii. Never settle for less. I know it was scary but trust me you can do it.

iv. Not everything you love will love you back, *hello crush life* I know it sucks but that doesn't mean that you are not lovable it only means that God is still preparing something better, you just have to wait.

v. Leave the past behind. Do not let the pain and hurt to take over. Never allow the demons of yesterday to destroy the beauty you have today. Never close your door because you've been broken before instead use that as your motivation.

vi. Avoid toxic people. If you are in a relationship or friendship and you find yourself spending more time on crying out of sadness or arguing with them, leave them. Toxic people are dangerous look for someone who will laugh out loud with you.

vii. Love yourself. That is so important. Love your birthmark, the shape of your face, the color of your skin, the nose that you think is flat. Learn to love yourself at 3AM when all you can think is scary monsters hiding underneath your bed or at 7AM when you wake up cranky. Learn to love yourself because you are you and you will never change.

This might be a month old late but back then I don't have words to blog, anyway since it was our very first might as well to document it here in my little space online.

Backstory of this trip: It was last week of July when I saw a sale of tour packages in Singapore from the website metrodeal I ask my froggy (t'was our term of endearment) my good ole boyfriend if we can avail the package, luckily he said yes.

I've done my research and since we only have 3 days to enjoy our Singapore trip we ended up not getting the tour package instead we've done another D.I.Y travel.

If you are a reader from my previous blog hi! but if not we're a bag packers couple we usually do D.I.Y travels, from constant research on budget friendly tourist spot to hotels, everything must be done with a great RESEARCH.

Sept. 27-30 2017 is our prepared date it is advisable to not travel to Singapore during peak season because it gets too crowded specially on September due to their grand prix season. Expect a 10% up to 20% higher rates in hotel and because this trip is impromtu and we only have 1 month to prepare we research from the lowest airfare, hotel bookings to activities that we wanna try.

There are a lot of places that you can go in Singapore but for adrenaline junkies like us one of the things we don't want to miss is this Universal Studios.

On our USS day, we woke up early, had our long walk just to find a money changer, around 10am we had our breakfast at Bugis St., then we are now lost everybody hahaha.

We opted to take a grab from Bugis to Sentosa but the grab driver actually don't know how to communicate in english so I have to cancel the ride.

And we don't have choice but to use the MRT and be a local.

Since I don't want to waste our time, I ask my froggy to understand their railway it is because he is street smart and I'm not.

Tip no.1: Ask the locals. Singaporeans specially the millennials are willing to help just ask them.

It was 12 noon when we arrived at USS good thing we already purchased our ticket online we don't need to wait for a long cue of line just to buy ticket or enter the park.

And since we only have atleast 5 hrs. left to explore the park there is no room for quick break since we want to finish the park without availing the express fast.

Tip no. 2: Start with Thrilling rides

To be able to finish this whole Universal Studios Singapore, we started to ride all the extreme rides first.

Here are the lists of our favorites: Follow these rides to maximize your time. Save your Thank you's later hahaha

  1. Revenge of the Mummy
  2. Transformers the ride
  3. Battlestar Galactica: Human
  4. Battlestar Galactica: Cylon
  5. Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure

Tip no. 3: Time to take pictures!

After the thrilling experience let's slow down a bit, open your cameras and unleash your inner AsNTM hahaha.

For our dinner we used our 5% discount that we got from each voucher and ate in this Riverdale inspired resto-bar.

We also encounter these group of entertainers performing at exactly 5:00 pm.

As much as I would love to post a pic from all the extreme rides we've done unfortunately cameras are not allowed for safety reasons.

There are lockers which you can put all your belongings. Some are free while others are paid around 4 SGD.

Finally, we're done with day 1 at Singapore, nothing much happen after.

And since we are really exhausted that day we decided to go to our hotel and call it a day.
